I have my avatar. One that I’m very fond of. One that has evolved over the time I’ve been involved in Second Life into the truest representation of how I want to present myself in-world.

However, I like to play and create images and characters. I enjoy finding skins and making shapes for them. And that was how the pictures in todays post started out.

I saw a post at YouStyleSL featuring the new Christian skins from AtomicBambi so I picked one up, messed around for a bit and the results are below.

The hooded top is from Reek and I’m sure everyone has picked up one or two by now. They come in a range of colours and patterns but you can customise all the parts apart from the main body using the included HUD.

The shoes are old favourites from HOC. I used the preset white texture them colour tinted various parts to match the rest of the outfit.

Oh man, when I heard about them… I got all excited. When I saw them, I nearly asploded! Urbanity has released a new skin line, Cute as a Button, and I got my hands on a pack to give you a peek!

The skin comes in 4 different skin tones. Each skin tone then comes in 7 different makeups! Each makeup then comes in 2 different versions, a freckled, and a nonfreckled face.

I LOVE THEM!

Ok… now look close and see if you can guess my FAVORITE addition to the skin… closer… closer… keep looking… thats right! Those darn dimples… right there on either side of the mouth, they are way too cute. I guess thats part of how they got the name eh?

The lips are all very natural and glossed, and the eyelids are very detailed, a nice addition to an already nice skin. The brows are another thing I truly love about it, they aren’t too thin, and aren’t too thick… they are perfectly waxed… something I have come to appreciate.

I had no trouble adjusting my shape to fit the skin to my liking, and the skins come with a shape for those more mod challenged.

Long story short, go grab a demo or two and try before you buy… but definitely buy. <3

And women too I suppose…
I’ve wanted to do a man post for a while now… but… I’m lazy and didn’t feel like converting Shay to a man, or buying all new shit for an alt. Thus cue grabbing the guy friends. Since I’m uber picky, it narrowed it down to a few, and knowing Mac here (Mac Heron) has a flair for fashion (when I say flair I should specify he is straight, and taken, sorry ladies and gents) , along with much of the grids top designs it was a no brainer. Thanks to him for putting up with me long enough to get these shots! <3

What made this shoot so easy, is that when Mac showed up… he was ready, I didn’t have to change anything! Men with fashion sense are so underrated on the grid!

The first thing I’d really like to point out with Mac’s look, is his skin. AtomicBambi recently released a line of man skins, and I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. The moment I saw them I knew I wanted to blog them one way or another. Lucky for me Mac already had one, so I didnt have convince him to spend precious L. The skins are really well made, and not too pretty boy like many male skins out there. They have a very natural shading to them, I did my best to show some angles here. The skin is a bargain, with 8 versions per pack, combinations of bald, hair base , freckles, and body hair.

Another thing… his shirt. The first thing I commented on when he arrived. If this would fit me well, I’d so wear it. Erm… but for you manly men it’s still way manly enough for you and you can ignore that a chic just said she’d wear it… kkthnx. It is very well made though, and the shading is perfect. With sculpted stomach and collar (also sleeves which aren’t shown in this picture), it’s one of the nicest guy pieces I’ve seen in some time.

As for the rest, we’ll skip ahead and let you take a look for yourself.

Before Hours…

Last week I wore the Seafoam dress version of this top, this week it’s the sweater version. Neatly tucked into these lean, form fitting pants, the delicate dip of the top gives it a slight romantic feel. The hair from TRUTH, swept up to the side, with the strands hanging over one ear, give it a sense of style and comfort. High waist pants are not necessarily my favorite, but Skin Flicks makes them work beautifully. To finish the look, a long strand of pearls neatly wrapped around the neck and the amazing Maitreya shoes.

After Hours:

The lingerie of choice for the night look, is Leezu’s Monroe Lingerie. The detail is stunning along the bodice, the garters and the sheers. Once again, TRUTH hair, over the shoulder adds that sense of rawr to the outfit!

I was away for a couple of weeks because I had to deal with my ever chaotic Real Life, and I was also working on my novel. I’m not sure if any of my work will ever get published, but I enjoy being creative, regardless of the outcome. Anyway, I didn’t feel any inclination to log into SL longer than it takes to check my IMs because that story was so exciting and I wanted to know what happened next. I’m not a good MMORPG/virtual world addict. I forget that I’m supposed to be addicted every now and then.

Today I felt like being in SL again though. I missed playing my avatar and talking to my SL acquaintances. RL’s calmed down, and my female main character doesn’t want to do what I want her to do anymore, so I’m spending some time as Dakota Lubitsch. Most of my unpublished and sometimes embarassing stories center around vampires (no, mine don’t sparkle, and most of them aren’t gay and/or sleeping with vampire hunters) and other dark creatures, so my avatar wears black today and gets to look like a little wannabe vampire/satanist. The new shirt from Flavor! Designs really helps with that.

P.S.: I have no idea whether that beard is still available. I bought it almost three years ago.

Hello clothes! I love you.I especially love wearing you when you look more comfortable and cozy than my normal RL clothes. That says something about the sad state of my closet right now, eh?

I went shopping this week and picked up the whimsical layered top from Tres Blah, one of my favorite shops since 2008. I was tempted to take this theme all the way into “cowgirl”, but instead I just kept grabbing awesome items and making them fit the mish-mash of “country comfy”. They don’t exactly match, but since I usually dress myself into the proverbial color corner (see my previous post for an example), this is a refreshing break.

My favorite sculpted jean skirt from UnTone Quilt goes with just about everything, so of course I couldn’t do without it. The Miel boots are somewhat goofy, but adorable and superbly textured. Oh, check out these tights! Holy sheeple, they’re affordable, cute, and I bought at least one of every awesome style over at Tee*fy. Go. Buy. Now.

It wouldn’t be Valentine’s Day, and I certainly wouldn’t be me, if there weren’t a lingerie post in here somewhere. Of course, there are tons of special Valentine’s sets out there and I have a few of them, but I wanted to focus on a more seductive style for my Valentine’s Day. I wanted something a bit daring with a bit of an edge and Jade by Blacklace was a perfect fit.

I’ve blogged Blacklace before; Belle was my number one pick from last year and Jade is another corset set from Mariska Simons that is just so…me. The embroidery on the corset cincher is rich and lush and it’s trimmed in black lace, of course, which lends a bit of softness to the look. And while I love the color and texture of this set, it is the aesthetic that sets it apart.

I am such a sucker for corset lacing. That criss-cross of strings that leaves tantalizing bits of skin exposed is incredibly sexy to me and I love the placement of it on this set. Another thing I love is that the bra is unattached, just like in Belle. The back is equally as gorgeous, and the best part of it is the way the curve of the cincher doesn’t quite meet the line of the small lace panties. That little peek-a-boo of flesh is sexy and irresistible and it’s my absolute favorite thing about this set. Jade comes with gloves, garters and stockings and the set is on all different layers so you can wear it as you choose.

I wanted some bold shoes for this look, not just the typical high heel, so I went with the Ballet Heels from Adam n Eve. They’re bold and black and a little sexy with that impossibly high heel.

The necklace I chose for this look is from LacieCakes. The tiny red heart is half encased in diamond ice and there are diamond drops falling underneath, signifying a melting of the ice around the heart. It seemed very appropriate for my life right now and I like that it’s a bit whimsical. The hair is from Nikita Fride, Lust, which you will be seeing a lot of in this blog because I love it so much.

once upon a time before second life…i read a lot. :-p currently i picked up one of my favorites to reread for like the 1000th time.

a clockwork orange always fascinated me. with the mix of russian and cockney lanuages and the overall dark themes of the book, it hooked me quick and continues to be one of my most prized reads. for those who have only seen the movie, the book is more so twisted and brilliant. so, if you can bear with deciphering the 1st few chapters till you get use to the slang used, then i’d highly recommend it.

Gee, Emerald Wynn. Thank you for linking to my Team Lizzie blog entry on your little rant. You bring forth all these accusations that Lizzie supposedly did, but you’ve posted no proof to back up your libelous statements.

It was a nice idea for a friend, there is no “other team”, let it go.

I’m just so sick of people writing about some big evil thing she supposedly did, and making digs at her on my plurk timeline. Yep Lizzie was my friend, but so are all of you. I’m not asking people to get along, but don’t ‘hate’ on someone just because ‘everybody else’ does. Look at your own interactions with them, and judge for yourself.

Lizzie was always nice to me, and when I needed help with iheartsl bloggers group she volunteered (and did a fantastic job). I don’t know all the “DETAILS” and I don’t care. Sometimes I think that I’m a generally clueless maybe even naive person, always caught off guard by the things occurring around me. And now, belatedly saddened by the things occurring around me. I’m troubled by the events of the past few days, alluded to, whispered about, bandied about really – by people who actually know nothing but ‘what they’ve been told.’ If I had a linden for every time in the last few days I’ve seen someone state in that hotbed of intrigue, Plurk, “I heard that this person did this or that” I’d be SLrich. It’s almost impossible to defend ones self against a rumor. There is no proof. There is only, “well my friend such and such told me this or that, and of course I love this person dearly and they’d never lie.” Or, my other favorite generalized statement, ‘this person is crazy (or a moron, or a thief, please fill in the blank.)” Oh rly? I’m still waiting to see the proof of all these various allegations. And so should you before you say more or share the statement with someone else. Did you know that there are REAL people in SL? No really it’s true. We’re all anonymous of course. Which is nice. But our very interaction within SL creates a persona, a brand, a reputation that over time, becomes something that we wish to protect. Or, give up on protecting because the pain, anger and sadness of trying to deny a rumor becomes too much. At present I’m sitting in my family room, typing this on my laptop computer while my avatar, or the virtual representation of my REAL SELF, is sitting in the particle lab on Teal. See, here’s the thing, I’m a real person. I have real feelings, I am by turns jealous, angry, and happy, I have faults, habits, and doubts. Oh and I can be hurt.

People perhaps criticizing my work, or making denigrating statements about things I like can hurt me, or the people I care about. And I can react in a variety of ways that are available to this virtual world that we live in – I can create a blog post, make a Plurk entry, make a statement in the SLForums, shoot tiny pastes like little atom bombs all over the interwebs, IM everyone on my friends list, etc. about this hurt I have. I can just let it go, if I want. It’s too terribly easy to do this.

Over the last few days, I’ve had the opportunity to listen to many, many people, about many, many things, and I’ve been struck by several things. Five different people will perceive the same event in different ways, myself included. I’ve been able to witness first hand, the hurt and pain that can be caused by baseless rumors and innuendo. And I guess I want to say this – Think. Please stop and think about the rumors, the stories you hear. Challenge them. Challenge the person who’s telling it. Ask questions – don’t accept – ask to see the evidence of their statements. Because the truth is this – the next time a rumor runs rampant like a destructive wild fire through peoples lives, it could be you or the people who you love that are burned. And like me, you too could lose a friend.

I own 2 pairs of knee high boots in the 3 years I’ve been in SL. One is prim and I never wear them because the calf part looks chunky and the other is a texture based calf part which looks awesome but the shoes are seriously dated (um hello 2007?).

For a long time I’ve been meaning to head over to J’s shoes as I’ve seen them on various blog posts but I’ve not been able to make it into SL. So recently I created some new stuff and needed some shoes to go with the outfit so I said, “Hells bells, I will hit up J’s for some boots”.

Buying shoes that go up the calves for my avatar is difficult. Well let me rephrase that. It’s easy to buy any shoes in general but I am very particular about fitting things and finding something that looks good is very difficult. Usually boots make my calves look like elephant legs with no hint of an ankle at all. They cankle-ize me.

Look at how close the knee high boots fit to my avatar’s calves. It’s AWESOME!

Although I just demo’ed these (I plan to buy them later- the fat pack!!!!) the shoes I really needed for the outfit was the ankle high rounded boots. These look FANTASTIC and on hindsight I am sad I didn’t buy the fatpack.

Prim toes and Kesseret are 2 things that DON’T get along. My friend Iris Bourdielle made prim toes years ago and I wore her shoes for a long while but since then I’ve not found a pair that looked good on me or fit well. Sadly, since there are so many fantastic prim feet/toe shoe designers. (Despite the fact that many people have no reading comprehension skills and can’t understand the difference between not liking how something fits and writing about it v. completely dissing someone’s work I *do* admire Stiletto Moody shoes and their quality a lot.)
I love the fact that J’s offers demos! HOLY DEMO BATMAN! So I tried on these strappy numbers at J’s and they have a resize script (which I HATE) but it took 4 clicks and I was fitted. I also saw a delete option. How sexy is that? So I bought the fatpack. And you know what else I saw? THEY SCRIPT TEXTURE CHANGE! I AM IN LOVE! I love texture changing scripts so much that I actually use them myself.

I am still trying to figure out the toe matching to the skin. Do skin providers provide RGB info on their skins? I heard wind of it but never needed it before. If so can someone hook a sista up?

A woman’s work is never done. Fortunately we have weekends for shopping in.

I love shopping at Coco. They seem to deliver every time, offering some classic wardrobe pieces that you really can’t afford to be without. The Tuxedo Jacket completely defines this outfit: the tailoring is extremely feminine, given an edge with its powerful, angled shoulders and clean lines throughout. The effect is softened by a rounded hemline that runs down and splits open to the back. In all this presents beautifully, finished to perfection with a folded collar and upturned cuffs to the three-quarter length sleeves.

Beneath the jacket I’m wearing a damask top from Icing. The split mandarin collar provides interest and removes the need for a necklace: the neckline drops low, drawing the eye, while a solid under layer provides the essential cover. I will say that the match on the top and underwear layer are not exact, but this is a print design and is intended to be worn as a dress, which clearly changes where the designer may have placed the emphasis when working seams. Overall it doesn’t make much difference and I still think this works as a layering piece. The colour particularly is divine, especially when set off by the appropriate makeup.

I opted for a more casual lower half. The trousers are Zaara’s chinos in black, minus the cuffs. They have a feel somewhere between linen and a light denim, beautifully textured in the manner you’d expect from the talented Zaara Kohime. They slipped perfectly into these fabulous knee-highs from J’s. This silvered grey colour is undeniably chic: round-toe boots like this are essential for a Winter wardrobe and will draw attention to your legs whatever else you pair them with. They have a luxurious shine front and back with subtle detailing that really makes them shine – as an added bonus, they have a very compact shape, making those size 0 feet look quite petite. If you have a shorter avatar, these will suit you particularly well.

This look didn’t require much accessorising, but I fixed it up with a newly released belt from Dark Mouse. I’m a fan of designers who offer prims on multiple attachment points (where possible) – or at least who mention in the description to where something attaches by default – and Mouse Mimistrobell does just this. The belt itself looks great on, the slim front gaining width to the rear with a subtle sheen on the snakeskin patterning that brings it all to life. The buckle is a sturdy but simple design in matt silver, the dulled metal featuring again as part of a clipped chain with multiple pendant attachments set to the right side of the belt. It sets the focus along with the depressed length of excess that hangs wide of the body, a nonchalant finish to the piece.

I shouldn’t neglect to mention the exceptionally dainty earrings I’m wearing either. Eolande Elvehjem has crafted a whole set of gemstone pieces in a romantic theme, and while the other pieces are sweet it was the earrings that really hit the mark for me. Tiny sections of silver wire are twisted and soldered in place to create a heart shaped frame to top the faceted stone. [...]

The other night I went to the Greenie's dance and frolicked with a teal-green tentacle-monster. As we danced, I looked around the crowd and pondered how we all envisioned the concept "futuristic." Everyone looked sexy; that was my first thought. This is Second Life, however, and avatars have to TRY to not be. Sexy aside, I saw a lot of new ideas about shape and structure and fabric. In the future, fabric doesn't have to be cloth, and clothing doesn't have to cover the epidermis; sometimes it's embedded within, sometimes it takes the physical form and twists it entirely. I'd love to see a Galliano show in 3050 (if we cryogenically preserve him or something) -- would he make clothing out of dry ice and foam?

Some might say, that there is nothing new. That everything which was will be again, and all ideas are just re-hashes of ideas which were thought of by others back in ancient times. It is ironic then that in imitation often comes innovation, and the new comes from each generations attempt to come to terms with the past.

What then is originality? Why do we grab onto something which is only an idea, a thing, a picture, a thought? What is there about a particular moment who’s time has come? I have often wondered about this. This thing is part of everything we do, our choices, how we live our lives and it seems sometimes that we are judged more harshly for choosing our own path. I have great admiration for the originals of this world, for those who are outstanding in their field because so often they are left standing alone.

It is not for me to tell you what to think. I am not so much of an expert on these matters to even attempt to guide you, because it’s not really what we think that matters, it’s what we do. We lose too much of ourselves to the demands of society, we give away pieces of our soul, to pay our bills, feed our families and find acceptance in this world. So my thoughts right now are this; to be original, just be yourself. Nothing more is needed.

Having A Snow Day

Maybe today is the day I dig myself out…

With knee-high snow still on the ground, I really don’t want to trudge out. But fresh air does the mind and body good.

I mean, being indoors for several days in a row can drive anyone crazy. But it allowed me time to catch up on some great sales in-world, esp. from Posh (Valentine Hair colors 50% off), Meghindo’s (50% storewide) and Storin (50L off selected items). Alongside Weekend Fever, 60L Sunday, and Stumblebum, I dropped a few lindens this weekend. Good for me, yes. Good for inventory, no! But great fashion is great fashion, so that’s always the positive.

In between sleep, Superbowl, and watching the snow fall, I was able to assemble some great looks. Some fun, some dressy, but all delightful. Chalice In Wonderland: Some Day’s You’re The Lamp Post…Some Day’s You’re the Dog

In light of some recent happenings played out in public, I just wanted to remind us all how fragile and delicate life is and in the blink of an eye, everything can change. Without wishing to inflame matters or take a side, which I can't because I don't know anything, just on the periphery and putting two and two together, I can see there has been some dissent.

It happens all the time and will continue to happen and for the most part, its healthy that we don't all see things the same way. I merely wanted to suggest that before we say or write anything, we think for a minute 'where will this information go"', 'will I feel this way tomorrow?' and 'what can people do with this information?' If you're happy with your own answer's, go knock yourself out and say what what you gotta say but be kind to yourself and make sure the real you is talking, rather than the reactive you. The number of times I've wanted to vent, get it out, exorcise the negative stuff right out my body and just dump it all out there is amazing. More times than not, I've regretted it and wished I had just given myself a buffer.

This is honestly a no-judgment post. I've just been contemplating what I've been reading over the last few days and more than anything, wanted to remind myself that if I want to purge, I'd better be prepared for others to purge right back at me.

Thought I'd just share my most favorite quote (from someone) that I think about when I need grounding. I've got 80,000.000 hugs left in my lifetime...I can sure afford to send some out to you all and say, 'this too will pass'.. xxx

Store Spotlight – Tee*fy & Product Spotlight – Niniko Gacha Shoes

I absolutely adore leggings. I’d seen some leggings from a new store on the feeds recently, but what got my attention was the polka-dotted gacha leggings (a gacha is a gumball machine vendor that typically gives out a random item for a low price). If there’s anything I love more than leggings, it’s a good gacha! So, I went to Tee*fy (SLURL), only to fall instantly in love with the store. I bought half a dozen leggings and threw my Lindens at the gacha until I had the entire polka-dotted collection!

The leggings from Tee*fy are well-made, with soft shading and a hand-drawn finishing seam around the waist. There are some seam issues and stretching around the ankles, but I’m more than willing to look past such things – the sock mesh is abysmal. The leggings are quite inexpensive, at L$50-L$60 each. The gacha items are only L$30 apiece and the Pink Romance leggings (pictured above, far right) are only L$1! What I really love, though, is the pattern and color choices and I can’t wait to see what other quirky goodness Azure Electricteeth shares with us.

The shoes pictured are also worth mentioning, as they are a new release from Niniko (SLURL) and available in a gacha. The shoes are L$40 each, but Niniko offers them for sale in a fatpack, in case you don’t want to leave things up to chance!

One of the great things about gacha items is that, while usually not copiable, they are often transferable, so you can share extras with your friends!

Greetings from the snowy land of Horst. I was wandering around and ended up raiding the FreeStyle trailers. There are tons of freebies to be had and it's a great place to hit with a new avatar since shapes and skins are some of the most readily available items. I created this little av out of various products from Horst vendors, including the FreeStyle things.

That's the Tres Blah unicorn behind me, of course -- a great Starlust landmark! What I'm wearing is sort of half-assedly unicorn themed. Starlust knows all about unicorns, after all, and lots of unicorn-ish freebies are available in the motel in Lloyd, but I kept it light. And yes, I'm standing on a giant piece of delicious sushi.

So this is just another LOTD of me... I feel a little bit creative today infact, I am more inspired to style up because of these good stuffs that I got these days. First of is this messy hair from curious kitties! It's a limited Valentine freebie but I super liked it! Also the kittie in my head is sooo cute, a subscribo gift from curious kitties.

I also make sure that I'm fully packed with my double metal white belt by Bukka. This was a present to me by hubby many many months ago. It's actually a multi-function belt with an ipod that can make music. It can also can make a skybox at 300m height and has special love effects, flowers and a lot more.

I thought the shoes and accessories by Miel are awesome. Especially the boots! I'm glad I was able to purchase it from past week's 50L Fridays. They're totally awesome! And of course my fave piercings by HOD and the sexy skullies by DYN.. I think I'm going on this look for a few days. I love the yankee and nerdy styles.

Well I was going through some of the awesomesauce goodies from the Tainted Love Hunt and found what could quite possibly be one of my new favorite outfits. The Valentines Curse outfit from Bellissima is not only absolutely beautiful but comes with sooo much. ( Including long and short skirt options so you could literally wear this anywhere ^.^)

Included with the dress is literally everything you will need.. several eye choice, hair, cute little hat, even skin! I just cannot go on enough about how much I love this one hehe. Also, I totally opened it on the right day because it goes absolutely perfectly with the new Gothica AO from Creative Insanity. I absolutely adore just about every one of their AOs but this one is certainly a new favorite. Seriously, go check out the demos.. it is super hawt <3

I’ve had to amend my competition a little bit, as one of the designers that i had included in the original photographs has since withdrawn from the Fair. Therefore to be fair, i have changed out those items, and those items only. Here are the new photos!

Ok I confess the name of this blog is cracking me up because I'm a non drinker but it was the best I was coming up with tonight! :) Silly titles aside would you check out this dress!

This is "Rosalyn" in Lilac from Felicia's Fashions and check out all the amazing details! It has a great bustle that is drawn up with roses (can see them better in the shots below), a detailed lace trim, some great gloves, and it is all round charming. "Rosalyn" comes in sixteen different colors from pastels to jewel tones! There is something for everyone here. Soon as I put it on I felt like a southern belle from days gone by... and I told Felicia so!

So then she told me about "Rosalyn Bridal" and how lovely is this? Along with all the details we had before... there is a one of the most enchanting veils I have come across in Second life. The headdress is made from matching roses and there is a realistic delicate lace pattern throughout.

Felicia’s Glamorous Designs and New Releases

Felicia's Fashion has just recently introduced their new glamorous designs. I would always admire their sets of dresses, whether evening gowns or casual because they are simply fashionable and usually come in full complete set with shoes and sometimes with accessories. Also has lots of optional layers and attachments. I am showing you a few of their latest designs.

The photos above are pictures of Juliet Evening gowns in Hibiscus and red colors. These gowns are designes in low cut strapless tops with long skirts that has lace patterns. They also come with optional gloves in colors black and white. The skirts of these gowns are resizable via menu script and both comes with a matching shoes. A perfect evening dress for dinner or dancing with your partner. Accessories worn here are by Kess Kreations set of necklace and earrings and Sea song ring by SyDS.

Above photo is a picture of Rosalyn Lilac Gown, a lovely and fashionable ballroom gown with a fitted top and inspired by a lilac flower. This one comes with gloves, a corsage on the left hand, also matching shoes are included in this set.

And finally a casual wear, the kendle sweater red set. This one comes with a sweater top, prim sleeves, sculpted waist and belt, black jeans, has optional blue jeans and a stockings. There sure are more trendy fashionable clothes in the main store.

TODAY’s RAMBLINGS:
I haven’t been around much lately, just so much has been going on and at the end of the day, I don’t have much of an attention span to be in game. I was able to pop in this weekend and just sat around having convos with some of my favorite people. Earlier today I was talking with a friend who was having girl problems. Basically a girl was taking advantage of his time and when her EX comes back into town.. she drops him cold turkey to get back with the EX.

So I’m giving him advice on how to handle the situation.. but when it comes down to it. It’s all about YOUR SELF CONFIDENCE! Knowing that you are worth more than someone needing you to make them feel better for a certain amount of time, and knowing exactly what you bring to the table and what a phenomenal person you actually are. I think too many girls see the innocence and good in him and take advantage of it, he showers them with attention and is exactly what they need.. for the moment.

And it makes me angry.. I’m inherently protective of those I call a friend and it makes me wonder, why is it, ESPECIALLY in a realm like SL.. some women who might not necessarily have a great RL.. take it upon themselves to fuck over someone within SL just because they can and have no responsibilities to own up to. UGH! I know it’s not just girls and guys do it also.. and maybe it’s human nature to be bad and do the bad when they think it’s ok and doesn’t matter. IT DOES MATTER…. SL may be a game to some.. but I and most of my friends use it as a way to meet people we wouldn’t necessarily meet in our everyday life and I see it as a messaging program, something like Yahoo or Google Talk. Funny enough, you ALWAYS hear about people wanting to ‘quit’ [...]
